This LaLin User Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for your use of our Services. LaLin is a chat application developed by ONEYMN LLC, our office address: 206 W 4th St, Dove Creek, CO 81324 US. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

By using LaLin, you agree to be bound by these terms between you and LaLin. According to the current laws and regulations of your country/region, you may use our services only if you are at least 18 years old and are not subject to the legal age limit for entering into this Agreement.

You also agree that we may collect, use and share your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use LaLin.

6 LaLin Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

LaLin prohibits the posting and dissemination of any child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM), including any visual depictions involving the use of minors in sexually explicit acts, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated images.

If you find CSAM-related material while browsing photos in [Popular] or texting with users, you can report it by following the steps below:

1. When you find CSAM while browsing photos in [Popular], click the image, then click [...] in the upper right corner of the page, select [Report], then select [Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation], and then click [Submit] to confirm the report.
2. If you find child sexual abuse and exploitation-related content in a text with a user, click [...] in the upper right corner of the chat conversation page, select [Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation], and then click [Submit] to confirm the report.
3. If you need relevant help, you can send an email to Business@oneymn-app.com, and we will do our best to help you solve the relevant problems.

7 Data Deletion

1. You can delete your account in the app settings.
2. You also can send an email to Business@oneymn-app.com, our team is always ready to serve you. You will need to provide sufficient proof of identity to verify your identity before we can process your request.

We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including those in your jurisdiction. Depending on your location, certain rights and obligations may vary, and we will act in accordance with the most stringent requirements applicable to you.
