This Koki User Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for your use of our Services. Koki is a chat application developed by ONEYMN LLC, our office address: 206 W 4th St, Dove Creek, CO 81324 US. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
By using Koki, you agree to be bound by these terms between you and Koki. According to the current laws and regulations of your country/region, you may use our services only if you are at least 18 years old and are not subject to the legal age limit for entering into this Agreement.
You also agree that we may collect, use and share your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use Koki.
However, we may modify and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy that we consider to be material, we will notify you (where reasonably practicable) by posting on our applications, through our services, or by sending you an email or other notification. For such changes, we will indicate when such changes will take effect. By continuing to access or use our services after the changes become effective, with or without notice, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.

We need to use your data for the following purposes: to run and enhance the app; to customize your experience with tailored features and content; to send you essential updates, alerts, and notifications; to boost app performance based on user feedback; to fulfill legal obligations and safeguard against potential risks.
We take appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees can access personal information, and they can only do so for permitted business functions. However, please note that we cannot completely eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of your personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information at all times.
We do not sell your personal data; however, it may be shared under specific circumstances: with your consent; with trusted service providers (such as cloud storage, analytics services); for legal requirements; or in the event of business transfers like mergers or acquisitions.

Koki prohibits the posting and dissemination of any child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM). If you find CSAM-related material, report it via the in-app report flow or email us.
You can delete your account in the app settings or send an email to Business@oneymn-app.com with sufficient proof of identity.
